      Avantages

      The clients are great to work with and fun to see the evolution of their growth and understanding. Working offsite has it's benefits.

      Inconvénients

      You will rack up a lot of miles on your car traveling from client to client. I ignored the warning signs during the hiring process and ignored the warning from a recruiter about this place, which I really regret. The owner and management seem very nice at first, but it is fake.

      Thank you for the feedback. We genuinely enjoy watching our client’s grow, and we are glad you experienced it first-hand. We are sorry to hear that there was too much traveling in your personal vehicle. It is our goal to limit commuting distance to 20 miles from a team member’s home to the client site. Additionally, we actively work to ensure employees have as close to a 50/50 mix of onsite client work and remote work. We strive to grow and learn constantly.       Avantages

      The great thing about working for AIOA is the supportive coworkers. Everyone wants everyone to succeed and they help out however they can. AIOA also uses EOS which provides a structured environment to improve efficiency and productivity.

      Avantages

      One of the things I truly appreciate about working at AIOA is the strong sense of teamwork and camaraderie. Even while working remotely, I never feel isolated. AIOA does an exceptional job of making sure every team member feels supported and connected. That support empowers us to consistently deliver A+ accounting services to our clients.
