      Fun to be around dogs, good money when busy

      Inconvénients

      Owner is ignorant and irresponsible and got his facility shut down due to bad practices that he always promised to correct but never did. Managements poor handling of most situations caused all the good employees to leave. You will receive texts and calls at any hour of the day gaslighting you and blaming you for things you can’t control. The owners personal life always bled into the day to day activities at work and caused problems. They encourage lying and leaving out details in regards to the methods used to train the dogs.

      Laid-back manager who is really passionate about his business and supportive of his employees. Bonus: cute doggos.

      Dogs are there who will love you to heaven and back

      Inconvénients

      This job is a high stress job where you will have a high number of dogs to persons working and will not be paid a livable wage. You will stay late (just the nature of taking care of animals(, You will be stressed out, and often times management does not keep on top of employees who are being irresponsible. Often times we had high volume of dogs come in and we don't have the staff or structure to support that. If you are responsible, hard working, and diligent I would recommend finding a place that will pay you a livable wage
