Avantages
Nothing as this is India's worst company
Inconvénients
The work culture is extremely toxic with no respect for work-life balance, as employees are often expected to be available beyond working hours without compensation, and are treated more like resources than individuals. Management lacks clear direction and frequently changes decisions without proper communication, creating confusion and inefficiency. Salary hikes are below market standards and not aligned with performance, which significantly impacts motivation, while growth opportunities are limited and promotions often seem based on favoritism rather than merit. The workload is intense with unrealistic deadlines, leading to constant pressure and burnout. HR is largely unsupportive, with unclear and inconsistently applied policies. There is excessive micromanagement that slows down productivity and adds unnecessary stress, along with poor project planning that results in last-minute changes and rework. Additionally, hard work is rarely recognized or appreciated, making it one of the most frustrating environments to work in due to lack of transparency, poor leadership, low salary growth, and high stress levels.
