      Avantages

      Teachers, Principals, and EA's are hardworking and care about the kids.

      Inconvénients

      Human Resources is the worst department at APS. They will ignore you if you have a legitimate complaint. They would rather bury complaints than uphold their own APS employee handbook if it takes an effort on their behalf. Sadly, they will harass older workers (who have worked for APS for many years) to force them into retirement.

      Avantages

      Benefits including paid days off and Christmas break off, opportunity to advance and reimbursement of tuition. Staff is awesome at Ventana Ranch Elementary School.

      Inconvénients

      Short staffed since getting here and that is pretty much it
