Career opportunities are plenty in certain divisions of the company.Appropriate training is provided at no cost to new employees.
Inconvénients
The general attitude of ownership and management is that the company should come before everything else. Employees personal life and family are secondary. Compensation is typically increased just enough to cover the cost rise of benefits. Ownership/senior management tends to hire relatives and friends. Promotion from within is almost non-existent.
