      Good exposure and cross training in all the IT admin

      Inconvénients

      Too long hours and very bad pay. Promotions only happens in titles but not in salary wise.

      A little bit more flexible than other automotive dealerships.

      Inconvénients

      High pressure environment. Who your manager is can make a lot of difference.

      Avantages

      Really helpful team. Everybody backs you up.

      Inconvénients

      You are basically working for the owner himself. Its him after everything. Customers is probably tertiary. Kind of like hereditary management excluding owner so pretty much if one of them dont like you, then the whole of them dont like you. Dont expect any salary hikes. Also forget your family. work is primary.
