Avantages
Culture, high pay for my area, and an organized program that provided a space to learn. Employees definitely value and want to see the interns succeed. I don't live close to the office but I got to do an on-site visit so I was able to see some people on my team and the other interns in person. I hope that they continue to do this in future years! Interns got the opportunity to work on a group project that we presented to the executive team, the CEO, and a lot of the other employees. It was a great opportunity to learn and add some value to the company.
Inconvénients
My internship was remote so it was a little hard to build meaningful relationships with my team. However is going to be a con with every remote internship. Full-time employees were worried about a high turnover rate.
