Avantages
Kind, motivated coworkers and supervisors. Strong cross-departmental communication even across time zones. Mostly remote. Plenty of opportunities to develop new skills. Excellent pay.
Inconvénients
Was having cash flow problems near the end of my time there, which ultimately led to my whole team being laid off. Many of the best managers and department heads saw the writing on the wall and left before the company downsized. As problems arose, so did politics. I hope things have gotten better--this business had so much potential.
