Management sucks I think they picked them right off the street with no experience or leadership training. Maybe ex chicken and waffles workers. No structure for work you work without a net everyday hoping you just get by. Cliques. ..if you not in the circle your a outsider. Better take up smoking or kissing butt. Systems are inaccurate and outdated wait your claim was approved or no no no wait it wasnt. Say what umm let me transfer. Outdated info to use as a guides. Go to manage ....umm it's seeeee I say yes...weeks later no no you shouldn't have done that.... The attempt to micro isn't even done right. Tons of loads to do, phone rings and you can't get your job done because of it, the looks on everyone face is full of despair.
