Avantages
Nothing. Absolutely nothing that I can think of. As others have mentioned, if you have some sort of side business or you're writing a book or something, this could be a place for you, for a while at least.
Inconvénients
It's a crapshoot as to how long they'll survive. I'm surprised they're still around tbh. Churn, distrust, staff turnover, gossip, revolving door of execs, poor compensation, poor benefits, no one stays beyond 2 or 3 years - which tells it all really. Share price also good indicator as to where this company is headed. Recruiters & Snr Management will spin it as "a start-up mentality" but basically they all seemed to be playing and thinking they're one of the big boys when, as you'll probably know by now if you've done your research, they're a lame duck gasping for air. Persisting with the direct mail marketing and bricks 'n mortar agencies distribution model shows they are stuck in the 1990s. The people who interview you will likely be gone by the time you accept the position. Avoid at all costs!
