      Avantages

      Opportunity to work different accounts in a large corporation is there worldwide. Pretty good communication from the corporate leaders. Work all depends on what account you are assigned.

      Inconvénients

      They are all about outsourcing jobs. Internally, they have outsourced the HelpDesk and Health Care Tier I call centers, and it is horrible.

      Some incompetent people in leadership positions Decisions were made to appease leadership instead of customers
