Avantages
Extremely relaxed environment - no one cares too much unless a customer/zee is creating an uproar.
Inconvénients
Let's see.... They hire, fire, and re-create the 'idea' of what they want to be pretty much regularly... One of their 'slogans' is 'if you step outside the fence, you get shot'... I'm not really sure what they were going for there. People who are in a position of 'authority' (whether self-appointed or actually hired that way) really have no over-sight. There is no one to cross-check whether or not they are being fair or legal... Which brings me to my final point - the department of labor called my in February (nearly 8 mos after I left) to ask me questions about the company... So, that was pretty telling... Not that I didn't already know they were not incredibly legal...
