      Avantages

      They partner with some very big tech companies so the teams you get to interface with are great

      Inconvénients

      The management does not support employee career growth. We continually had new engineers brought into senior positions rather than promoting from within. Extreme nepotism within the company, and the entire management structure was unbelievably horrible. We weren't trusted or supported. If the company did something negligent, we were instructed to sweep it under the rug. Verbal abuse occurred frequently, would not recommend working here!

      Avantages

      The people. Would I have found is a very helpful and teamwork driven crew. Leadership takes responsibility and works just as hard or harder than the lowest member.

      Inconvénients

      The only cons would be what runs typical in the industry, sometimes the hours are long and travel is necessary.

      Avantages

      Despite being a "Managed Service provider" they dedicated a lot of energy on Employee training programs.

      Inconvénients

      They were unable to give adequate raises because of the contract with the company
