      Avantages

      - Laid back work environment - Reasonable PTO policy - Great group of people (for the most part) - Open communication with company executives

      Inconvénients

      - Very low pay (compared to the rest of the industry) - Poor medical benefits (very expensive for employees) - No formal review process, seldom give raises or adjustments - Company struggling to find an identity or focus within the industry - No work from home policy for employees in Colorado (HQ)

      Avantages

      The people. Would I have found is a very helpful and teamwork driven crew. Leadership takes responsibility and works just as hard or harder than the lowest member.

      Inconvénients

      The only cons would be what runs typical in the industry, sometimes the hours are long and travel is necessary.

      Avantages

      Despite being a "Managed Service provider" they dedicated a lot of energy on Employee training programs.

      Inconvénients

      They were unable to give adequate raises because of the contract with the company
