      Avantages

      The quality control is amazing so you never have to worry about hiccups in projects. Management hires good people and lets them do their jobs.

      Inconvénients

      I wish estimating were a bit faster, but that's the same everywhere I think.

      Avantages

      Everyone there is competent and has their eye on the same goal. Quality control is top notch, and jobs get done on time and correctly. Small company feel, despite it's size, with easy access to management.

      Inconvénients

      There is nothing negative about working at AID if you like the industry.

      Avantages

      Have been at AID for several years due the people and positive workplace environment provided. A great company that I am proud to be a part of for over 10 years and counting. Proud of the work we are allowed to produce for clients.

      Inconvénients

      During busy seasons - can be some longer hours. Management rewards good and hard work.
