      Avantages

      Lots of learning in the telecom field. You will get exposure to work on building the product and learn the whole product life cycle. Easily WFH.

      Inconvénients

      No Work-Life balance. A single person(DJ) acts all in all in the organization. Bad infrastructure. They don't follow the proper documentation. Lack of adopting the culture of new tools and technology. They are using only open-source tools with outdated machines. They kept HR for wishing birthday of employee only. No formal coordination within the team. Provide less facility to the employee.

      Attention to what produces quickly and pays month in and month out on net new contracts in a healthcare niche market

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of focus on ROI balancing with funding to test demand gen for new business and cross-sell/up-sell with existing accounts

      - Work pressure is much - Missing organized way working culture - Proper planning to do work is missing. So some time customer we have to fight hard to meet customer deadline
