Avantages
I have been working for 5 years. I would definitely say that this is one of the ebst organization in India to work for. You will be getting more than whatever you will get in any other company as per your skill set. The only reason I have found behind good developers leaving this company is long term onsite opportunity. There are many who are here for more than 4 years, which indicates that they are enjoying good work life balance. It is tough to get such flexibility in any other Indian company. This company is for the developers who love to :- 1. Keep themselves updated on Technologies 2. Read books 3. Prodly share their own githib/bitbucket profile 4. Contribute in open source projects 5. Work on a high end laptop without any restrictions This company is not for those who :- 1. doesn't know when Java 10 is going to be released 2. doesn't know about uncle Bob 3. doesn't want to score on Stackoverflow 4. doesn't want to follow boy scout rule 5. has fear of appearing for certification exams
Inconvénients
One thing I would like to add here is, Not every place is made for every one. Company did some mistake in hiring some incompetent people, and hence you can see negative reviews on glassdor. Fortunately, most of them have left.
