If anyone is considering joining Addnector Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I would advise against it. The company deals with merchandise printing products, and I worked on one of their processes called Snugz, which is considered a VVIP process within the company. Despite generating significant revenue from this process, they fail to provide adequate salaries to those working on it. Even though they handle a substantial volume of work, their compensation does not reflect it. While beginners might consider joining to gain experience, many end up leaving due to dissatisfaction. The senior staff and team members are not supportive, and I had a poor experience working night shifts as a graphic designer. The team leader was unprofessional, acting on personal whims, and the manager seemed intimidated by him. Overall, my experience with this company was negative, and I wouldn’t recommend it.My working duration i 2022-2023
