7yWe are sorry to hear about your experience with Addison Group. Our expense policy is straightforward. Per the employee handbook, Addison Group will reimburse employees for reasonable business expenses incurred as part of your daily responsibility. If you wish to submit expenses for reimbursement, you must do so using the company expense software. You are required to submit all expenses within 30 days of the expense date. Expenses submitted after this deadline will be reimbursed at the discretion of your approving manager. Employees are expected to use good judgment when expensing items and if unsure should always confirm with their manager prior. With referral bonuses, your referral must work at Addison Group for a full year before the bonus is paid out. If you are still unsatisfied, please reach out to HR at HR@addisongroup.com with images of your receipts and as much information as possible.
