Inconvénients
Company is always trying to make people work for as less money as possible. Whether it's deducting salary in the name of Christmas holidays or suddenly introducing a target policy with strict targets and rules, it leaves no stone unturned in robbing employees of the salary that they deserve. If employees deliver more work than the set targets, they deny paying anything extra with an excuse that incentive or extra payment is not mentioned in the employment agreement. In that case, I want to ask that "were deductions for doing less work than the set targets a part of the agreement?". They will choose to follow the agreement or target policy as per convenience just so they can give minimum salary to the employees. This company is not worth your time or effort. They deliver spun content to their clients. So, basically, they not cheat their employees but also their clients. Only dumb, selfish, spineless, and greedy people can work for such a company.
