The NOC team works closely together, and knowledge-sharing is encouraged. Senior analysts and team leads are approachable and always willing to help troubleshoot complex issues.
Supervisors are generally supportive and open to feedback. Daily performance reviews/data help keep track of progress and goals.
Inconvénients
Repetitive Tasks: Much of the job involves monitoring alerts and following standard procedures.
