      Avantages

      A lot of potential for the products and a good company community. There is always someone to help and support you in your role.

      Inconvénients

      Loyalty has often been rewarded in the wrong way. Some people in the company have received roles they aren’t qualified for or capable of doing but have got them for working here a long time. Fixing problems caused by these people has a knock on effect to those who do know what they are doing as their workloads grow.
