      less salary compared to market ... no benefits .. you just take your monthly salary and nothing more ..You shouldn't talk about raise or anything ... .. you are forbidden to talk to such a thing! ..

      very friendly environment, good chance to learn about everything, professional process, very good software house, challenging projects all the time.

      it was located far from my house and there was no transportation.

      flexible hours relaxed and friendly work environment and co-workers good facilities and equipment salaries are always payed on time company allowed working from home during covid time great for a fresh-grad
