We noted that you suggested we shouldn't spend time responding to Glassdoor postings, but since you last worked with us more than 2 years ago, we thought it beneficial to highlight a few improvements we have made these past 2 years. In terms of career progression, we have introduced an individual career development framework to help staff identify their career aspirations to allow the company to partner them to realise these aspirations. To help facilitate the accurate identification of relevant strengths and areas for development in their plans, we have rolled out a competency framework that helps individual staff identifies relevant competencies that need strengthening to achieve their career goals. And we support that with the many learning programs we availed to our staff over the past 2 years. We have also introduced a new performance appraisal framework with focus on measuring achievements of agreed upon goals and targets. We will also be rolling out a new mid-year review component this July to further strengthen the relevancy of performance appraisal. We recognised the important roles leadership plays in the company. We have therefore put in concerted efforts and successfully brought onboard a few senior leaders who came with many years of experience and proven success in their respective fields. We are committed to our journey towards a high-performing culture. These are but just a few of the measures we have taken.
