Avantages
I love my team. We're all leaving because we all agree this franchise is a waste of even our time and investment of emotions. From what you're told, they make it seem so easy in the beginning and will get your hopes up, only to crush with despair in the end. Unless you can stay a pretentious person 24/7 with little or no goals, this isn't the job for you. If you enjoy being lied to and upper management using you for their own selfish needs go ahead and apply.
Inconvénients
Greedy, poor handled managements that I see nothing more of than an ABSOLUTE JOKE! The policies and standards are ridiculous. You can't turn around and breathe without having to watch your commissions being drained into their own personal accounts. Your hard work will never be appreciated or never be enough. If you kiss up enough you will go very far and might be able to rob them blind and don't think about working overtime because they probably won't pay you for that either. I'm so glad I'm leaving and I honestly don't know of anyone who isn't at this point.
