Avantages
young workforce,can make good friends ,good employee interaction,functions are held for major festivals,relatively less workload(depends on centre),good for ppl studying some course for pocketmoney,good interaction with bosses,friendly atmosphere,work hours are less,wil be free by 5 to purse ur other vocations and intersts
Inconvénients
very less salary,they keeps changing the staff instead of revising salary,training is too much,incentives,very poor package its a joke really,the hr doest give a about you except talking nicely,they will make one person in the team a bakhra to travel a sa substitute to all centres wenever theres a need, they make trick u into making one but dont fall into it im warning u ur life eill be miserable
