      Immediate supervisors lack management skills, lot of micro management, poor interpersonal skills, gave a hard time to employees in terms of flexible working hours and no encouragement

      Avantages

      Lots of OJT with a very experienced workforce. You have lots of opportunity for advancement with this company and are rewarded for hard work and being a team player.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the work is outside in the elements but that is what line maintenance is all about
