You'll usually work to much and be underpaid. High turn over, long term stability of positions is often unknowable.

Above average pay. Flexible schedule with part time workers able to take shifts from full timers.

Avantages

I have been an employee for 2.5 years. Prior to being offered a full time employee I was a security contractor for AS for 1 year. The company values and invests in its people. I have gone to many company paid for EP and specialized training. The company has a training budget and always ensures EP travel agents are up to date with the latest training and certs. The company also provides my team and I with top tools, gear, gadgets and work equipment that allows me to do my job to a higher standard at the office and on the field. Innovated thought is encouraged. Everybody has a say in the company from the CEO to the new interns. Employees are valued and motivated to take things to the next level. Leadership, AS has a great senior management team that genuinely cares about the industry, our clients, our people and our company. It is always a learning experience and a motivating factor seeing hard and intelligent work from the top down. The CEO and other executives are always accessible and willing to help with any task. Also a career path is always on the table in areas that interest me within the company. Finally, The company has worked with me to adopt family/ work balance and often time I get to work from home after being gone on assignment for days. During my time with AS I have been promoted and received several raises and performance bonuses.

Inconvénients

It used to take a bit to hear back from HR. However, that has changed since the company has hired more people to support that department.
