      -The management team has no idea how to properly manage sales -They do not communicate with teams effectively -The process is very poor -Micro Management is crazy, they screenshot your screen every 10 seconds.

      The team helps each other out when tickets pile up, and you never feel like you’re left alone. Leadership is approachable and easy to reach.

      Support volume spikes after big releases, which can get hectic if not managed carefully.
