Great place to work for

Can't think of any thing that I don't like

I've worked for AMS.NET fulltime for more than 5 years. Every department is run by a different Vice President, with some departments having managers that report straight to the Vice President, others work directly for the Vice President with no management in between. Each Vice President runs their department differently, so I can only speak for the one I work directly for. The VP I work for has an open door policy, is approachable and willing to listen to different ideas on the betterment of the company. Loyalty is very important and the fact that I've worked here for 5+ years means something to my Vice President.

There isn't a lot of room for growth. It looks like at 5 years you get another week of vacation, then you have to get to 15 years before you work to 4 weeks of vacation.
