You’ll feel like there’s no job security if you see what type of people they are terminating - High turnover rate, it will be just another resignation and hiring process. It disturbs team dynamics and focus. - Generational gap, they will be less understanding towards newer generations needs and expect everyone to adapt to company culture - Will mostly communicate in mandarin language eventhough in meetings set up. - Generally, feel less like MNC
