      Avantages

      Work is challenging and enjoyable. Good work-life balance. Located centrally. Great team that is willing to help out new software engineers.

      Inconvénients

      Pay not commensurate to USA. Inability to affect upper-management decisions. Working on a very narrow part of the product, which may be arbitrarily changed Mood a bit somber at work. Not like a start up
