      Inconvénients

      The office can lack atmosphere at times, but the strong team culture and plenty of opportunities to work together outside the office more than make up for it

      Avantages

      The biggest pro was the opportunity to learn within a large dealership group environment. Working for a company with multiple rooftops provided exposure to a variety of accounting processes and operations.

      Inconvénients

      Training and onboarding were limited due to the workload and staffing structure. Controllers were overseeing a high number of dealerships, which made hands-on training and support difficult at times.
