When the line goes down get ready to run and fill all out of stocks working priorities customer service safety, signs, out of stocks, freezer, cooler, produce and meat, bread milk, specail buy and mixed pallets and full pallets. Should take you 20 min or less on mixed pallets. Don't forget your daily bank deposit and your people running regisar needs breaks too. Your on your own! When a customer ask were somthing is you have to take them not point and when someone ask how much is this go scan it. Are you out of this. Do you have any more in the back and don't forget your mark downs and priority number 2 the signs Weds and Saturdays price change night and don't stay later than you are scheduled but make sure it is all done. Make sure you manage to get safe count payroll, balance all registar drawers no more than 15 over/under, sales book, end of day done sweep, mop, scrap complete store and floor scrubber too. Try to keep in mind your only one person. Can't do it all. Then you get so many district managers right out of college and they all want it a done a diffrent way. Plus don't forget when your running registar and customer comes up to tell you ( do you know you are out of potatoes in the back you can't put potatoes out and run registar too. Plus be sure and check you dates on all products when your scrapping or opening. Plus check the MTD for your orders do so they are not late make sure those get done on time. Learn it all in about a month or less because you'll need to sign off on your training manual. remember take it home and do it and don't work off the clock (lol) thats the kind of things you here....or employees will say i'm not helping your making more money than i am even though you are in training. YOUR ON YOUR OWN. no family time called in on your days off then getting chewed out for time managment. never miss a day or late to hard to make management happy. Micromanage to bad .District managers there every other day. If they have to be there that much why do they need a manager trainee or store manager? not worth the money. 19.50 sounds great but not worth it. same money out there keep looking you will find it. If your considering a career there atleast shop there a while to see for your self talk to employees
