Wow, where to start. Horrible management - power and money hungry bunch at the top. When I joined I pretty much instantly realised that they overworked their account managers, gave them no training, no support. Lots of toxic and psychologically abusive tactics, to make Account Managers feel that they are the problem - when in fact they were under resourced, over worked. The management is a complete failure. Expectations were over the roof. CTO is a 20 year old kid who came up with the brilliant idea, that instead of supporting Account Managers we should cut their income based on refunds that were due to poor sales tactics (the sales team promised a different service than what was given). So even though it is not your fault, your salaries will be cut. There are many things I could say about their contracts (how exploitative, unethical and maybe even borderline illegal their contracts are), but I will leave it up to your imagination. AVOID AT ALL COST. Seriously, stay clear, and if you are one of their customers, really think long and hard what kind of company you are supporting.
