      fun, friendly work environment. great benefits beyond the standard. Truly a team effort where everyone's input is welcome! I feel valued and appreciated for what I do.

      Avantages

      Great people, fun .com start-up like atomosphere (free snacks, ping pong table, etc)

      Inconvénients

      People are fired without warning, no improvement plan or any other attempt to remediate lower than required performance. No clear metrics of performance for anyone, no formal reviews.
