      Low stress and positive work environment. Excellent compensation. Happy work / life balance. Great benefits including medical, dental, 401k and PTO. Beautiful offices in the heart of downtown SLO.

      Avantages

      Great people, fun .com start-up like atomosphere (free snacks, ping pong table, etc)

      Inconvénients

      People are fired without warning, no improvement plan or any other attempt to remediate lower than required performance. No clear metrics of performance for anyone, no formal reviews.
