      Avantages

      Decent compensation. Decent benefits. Survived the downfall of the automotive industry so far and will most likely be sold to a larger automotive supplier.

      Inconvénients

      Job security is shaky. There is no team bonding like there use to be. People work independently and office environment has gone cold.
