Inconvénients
The downside is having to work with a project team that collectively works together to move the clients migration project. You will need to learn to let consistent nagging not ruin your day in these instances. The most enjoyable part of the job is working on a team where the knowledge of the ADP products is abundant and shared at every opportunity and for the most part you have their constant support.
