      Relaxed Environment Everybody is kind/helpful for the most part Opportunities to cross train if you want to learn Flexible

      Inconvénients

      It's not full time position A lot of employees have left for better opportunities (which is not horrible but something I observed) No benefits as part time

      Avantages

      The company has a history of employees with tenure as an indicator for how the company tries to support its people. There are creative teams breaking barriers, strong technology that is always pushing the envelope and good individuals that make the place feel special.

      Inconvénients

      The culture is still trying to be defined. There are department cultures but not a clear company culture. Teams are divided, there is a split between the creatives and the traditional.
