      Avantages

      ok to work for short term. good for freshers and new joinees. Many opportunities for junior to learn and grow

      Inconvénients

      less salary variable pay etc. No opportunties for seniors to grow in company Politics and environment is not good not good to work for long term.

      Avantages

      The team I worked with was a wonderful group of people. I was let go after the acquisition of my previous role Equitrans Midstream. Remote work was a nice surprise!

      Inconvénients

      I feel like there was a lot of turnover compared to other places I worked.
