      - friendly and helpful colleagues. - tech lead is understanding and kind. - office location is good, many eateries nearby.

      Inconvénients

      - start up culture - not much benefits. - pay is a bit low below market rate - poor project management. - unnecessary lengthy daily standups. - no company laptop provided. Even with laptop allowance, it is not enough to purchase a decent laptop even if you save for a year.
