      Avantages

      Flexible work environment and remote working. The only benefit of the company.

      Inconvénients

      Only cared about sales. Never properly trained or cared about their employees. A family-owned company so only focused on getting their money not on their employees in any aspect. No personal connection. Micromanaged.

      Start up mentality and go back and forth on procedure often. High turnover rate
