Avantages
Experience was very valuable, managers were generally good, company is well respected.
Inconvénients
Each plant is essentially it's own company. Culture from company at-large has little to no bearing over day-to-day life in the plant. Company tries to improve and innovate, but is so large that it mostly stagnates.
