      Avantages

      Flexibility, pay to make up for poor holiday, work from home, and general treatment of employees.

      Inconvénients

      2 year contract when joining, 1 day work from home which is closely tracked, no work from abroad possible, requires that all employees accept 25 days of holiday because of CEO requirements, general lack of trust in employees, policies built for sales and not other types of staff.
