2AM supplies all the tools you need to succeed and sets you up for success. They screen each employee to assure the customer has the very best motivated employees to meet any need they might have.

They are a customer driven company, which is great but has its obvious downside of possibly long hours and 24/7 support to assure needs are met.

The work hours are nice. First shift starts at 5 AM, third shift starts 11 AM. Monday-Friday operation with opportunity for overtime.

Complete communication breakdown in the organization. The teamsters union employees for the most part would do only the bare minimum. There was no standard in place for how fast a job needed to be done, and they took advantage of that. Almost impossible to motivate a workforce like that.
