      Avantages

      Good people to work with except management, but most have left now and those still working are over-loaded and not given adequate information to do their jobs efficiently.

      Inconvénients

      Lower than average salaries because more concerned with making money for the shareholders and CEOs. All about the sale of the software and forget about the customer once it's purchased! Management asks for feedback and does nothing with it.

      Avantages

      Great work environment. Extremely talented team. Flexible PTO. Management truly care about each employee and welcome new ideas.

      Inconvénients

      None I can think of.

      Disingenuous leadership a revolving door on staffing. Poor strategic planning and execution
