1- No parking for employee cars except mangers.
2- Old medical insurance was good oval all, we still without Medical insurance over one month , New one looks useless
3- Poor BTR value

There is no standardized compensation & benefit for employees. Varies as per the whims of the your reporting manager, general manager, etc. Health insurance provided is of very basic level. No training is provided if you are stationed/outsourced to a client location.
