Not too long applying, I soon was invited to interview by the recruiter.
I was surprised there wasn't a screening first as the first round was with the Hiring Mgr.
Even though I knew I wasn't going to move on in the interview process, the lack of communication by the company to at least inform one of this is likely indicative of the lack of transparency and communication breakdowns.
Standard process. Phone call with a recruiter and then a Phone call with the hiring manager. After calls few rounds of in person interviews and a small take home task before the final round.
