What is the difference between a Plan and a Strategy

Plan is where you come up with techniques on how to reach a certain goal. It is a step by step process on how to achieve your preset aims. Strategy is the execution of plan wherein which should be carefully studied and analyzed. Strategy may be a part of a plan, but, should have been critically practiced.
